Advanced Sourdough Workshop

Saturday, March 28th

Ready to take your sourdough skills to the next level? This hands-on workshop taught by Dr. Mikailah Grover, ND, is designed for those who have completed our introductory class (or have basic sourdough experience) and want to dive deeper into technique.

We’ll focus on dough development, including proper mixing, stretch-and-fold methods, fermentation timing, and troubleshooting common challenges. You’ll gain a better understanding of how and why each step matters, leaving you with the confidence to refine your process at home and bake more consistent, flavorful loaves.

$45 per person

Like all our events, these workshops will act as a fundraiser for Pomeroy Living History Farm, a 501c3 nonprofit, with a mission of preserving and maintaining history, providing educational opportunities, and sharing farm life - past and present - with the community. We hope to see you there!
